Real estate teams managing hundreds of transactions yearly were struggling with fragmented financial tracking systems, relying on spreadsheets and third-party tools. Team leaders lacked visibility into commission splits, team performance, and business metrics, while agents needed better ways to track their earnings and deal attribution
